Educational objectives

Core objectives The goal is to cultivate future public administration scholars and practitioners who can respond progressively and flexibly to the rapidly changing administrative environment. The focus is on educating students about policy functions such as policy formation, implementation, and evaluation, as well as analyzing administrative phenomena centered on various administrative management functions such as organizational management, human resource management, and financial management. It also aims to provide theoretical foundations and problem-solving methods to effectively respond to local administration, which has become more important with the implementation of local autonomy, and the wave of informatization.

Majors (track)

Department of Public Administration The public administration graduate program aims to cultivate talents with theoretical knowledge of administration and policy and integrates it with practical experience. It seeks to enhance social utility by researching various solutions for problem-solving and utilizing them in the context of problems. Furthermore, the graduate school contributes to the education of competent public administration scholars and administrative experts for the next generation by fostering public administration scholars equipped with both theory and practice, knowledge and experience.
