Recruitment guidelines Operating regulations

General admission degree programs

Master	Individuals who have obtained a bachelor's degree from domestic or foreign universities or those expected to obtain a degree upon completion of the current registered semester Individuals recognized as having equivalent or higher academic qualifications under relevant laws
Combined master's/doctorate's program	Individuals who have obtained a bachelor's degree from domestic or foreign universities or those expected to obtain a degree upon completion of the current registered semester Individuals recognized as having equivalent or higher academic qualifications under relevant laws
Doctorate	Individuals who have obtained a bachelor's degree from domestic or foreign universities or those expected to obtain a degree upon completion of the current registered semester Individuals recognized as having equivalent or higher academic qualifications under relevant laws
Eligibility for master's/doctorate's Support for North Korean defectors	Individuals qualified to apply for master's or doctorate's program Individuals registered as North Korean defectors pursuant to the North Korean Defectors Protection and Settlement Support Act

Submission of official English proficiency test scores (TOEIC, TOEFL, TEPS, IELTS) recommended

Minimum publication requirements for doctoral dissertation

At least one paper published as first author in a journal listed (or candidate) by the National Research Foundation of Korea
