Doctorate's degree
  • Individuals who have obtained a bachelor's degree from domestic or foreign universities or those expected to obtain a degree upon completion of the current registered semester
  • Individuals recognized as having equivalent or higher academic qualifications under relevant laws

Minimum publication requirements for doctoral dissertation

  • At least one publication as the first author in a journal indexed by SCOPUS or higher.
