Qualifications for completion
- Currently enrolled graduate students (including those planning to re-enroll in the current semester)
Range of transferable credits
- A total of no more than 6 credits may be transferred during the enrollment period, and a grade of B0 or higher must be achieved for the transferred courses to be recognized.
Scope of transfer course selection
- Courses taught by full-time faculty
- Courses not offered in the affiliated graduate school
- Doctorate's program students are only allowed to take doctorate's courses from the affiliated graduate schools and cannot take master's courses from professional or special graduate schools.

Credit exchange course enrollment application form
- Download and complete one copy for record-keeping and one for notification from the “Graduate School Website > Student Support > Academic-related Forms.”
Application procedure(regular semester)
Selection of courses to enrol
Consultation with the advisor of the affiliated graduate school
(student, advisor)
Fill out credit exchange course enrollment application form
(student)
Approval from advisor and head professor of affiliated graduate school
(student)
Approval from responsible professor of the other graduate school
In-person visit with the credit exchange course enrollment application form, and obtain approval
(student)
Submit to the Academic Affairs Office of the affiliated graduate school
(student)
Approval from the Dean of the Graduate School
(Academic Affairs Office of the affiliated Graduate School)
Notify the other university
