Academic warning
- Students with a GPA below 1.75 in the semester.
- Students with 3 or more F grades.
- Students who received academic warning will have their course registration limited to 14 credits in the following semester.
(However, if the required course load is more than 15 credits, exceptions apply.)
Expulsion
- Students who received 4 academic warnings in total.
Expulsion
- Students who do not register within the registration period.
- Students who do not return after the leave of absence period has passed.
- Students who hold dual academic statuses.
- Students expelled due to disciplinary actions.
- Students who have not completed the prescribed courses within the maximum enrollment period (those who have not graduated within the specified period).
Maximum enrollment period: Department of Architecture, Architecture Major (7 years, 14 semesters), other departments (6 years, 12 semesters).

Voluntary withdrawal
Period
- Available at any time
Voluntary withdrawal can be requested anytime, but after the semester's final exams start, it will be processed after grade finalization. Ensure that the application and approval are completed before the final exams.
* After final exams voluntary withdrawal (approval): The grades at the time of withdrawal will be recognized.
Withdrawal procedure
- Write and submit a voluntary withdrawal application (to the department office) → Approval (College)
→ Final approval (Headquarters) When applying for voluntary withdrawal, contact the department Woffice for details such as visit schedule.
Withdrawal preparation
- ① Personal seal (or signature)
- ② Guardian's seal (or signature)
- ③ Copy of personal bank book (if entitled to tuition refund)
Tuition refund
- (For students who paid tuition for the semester) Submit the tuition refund application (to the department office) → Confirmation from the general affairs office → Refund
