Educational objectives

Core objectives The master's and doctorate's programs in the UOS Graduate School aim to produce and cultivate experts with theoretical and methodological capabilities in their major fields with the goal of academic research and development. Based on the basic knowledge learned in the undergraduate program, in-depth specialized education is provided in subdivided majors such as production, human resources organization, marketing and financial management, international business, and management information, to acquire specialized knowledge that can establish theoretical systems and models in each research field. Furthermore, it aims to cultivate professional academics who can suggest the direction of development in business administration research.

Management Information Systems Acquisition of various knowledge necessary to solve management problems through the basic concepts of information systems, development and strategies of information technology that implement them, and the use of information systems built on these technologies
Marketing Marketing is one of the important management functions that harmonizes available resources and market needs to achieve the company's mission and goals in response to changing environments. To this end, based on insights into markets and customers, collect and analyze market information to acquire theories and abilities to effectively establish and implement strategies for solving marketing problems
Human Resources and Organization Study case studies and core concepts and theories related to personnel management within organizations through courses such as organizational behavior, organizational structure, human resource management, human resource development, labor relations, organizational culture, organizational development, and strategic management
Production and Service Management Research on various topics related to the operation and management of production and service systems that produce products or services, production and service strategies to enhance corporate competitiveness, and efficient design, control, and operation of production and service delivery systems
International Business Understand the globalizing business environment, recognize business management issues that occur across borders, and research effective global strategy formulation and efficient management methods for multinational corporations
Financial Management Research methods from corporate finance (real investment, financing, etc. from the company's perspective with the goal of maximizing corporate value) and investment theory (asset management, risk management, etc. from the investor's perspective with the goal of maximizing expected utility) perspectives
Accounting Education and research on methods of recognizing and measuring economic transactions or events that affect a company's financial position, business performance, and cash flows, and delivering them to internal and external information users of the company
