2026 MUAP Admission
Master of Urban Administration and Planning
We are pleased to announce the admission for the 2026 Master of Urban Administration and Planning (MUAP) program. This program is a key part of the Seoul ODA project, designed for public officials from Seoul's sister cities and government-appointed cooperation partners.
▶ About the Department of MUAP
The program aims to foster global leaders by providing theoretical education and site visits to Seoul's urban development projects. Participants will contribute to their home country's development and strengthen international exchange and cooperation.
▶ Qualification & Eligibility
1. Applicant Requirements
○ Nationality: Foreign nationals whose parents are both foreign nationals.
○ Language Proficiency: Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
○ Health: Applicants must be in good health for long-term study.
(Note: Pregnancy is a disqualifying condition for this specific program)
2. Career & Education
○ Professional Experience: Government officials with at least 3 years of experience.
○ Age: Under 40 years of age.
○ Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
▶ Financial Support (Fully Funded)
The Seoul Metropolitan Government (SMG) and the University of Seoul (UOS) provide comprehensive support:
- Full Tuition & Dormitory Fees
- Round-trip Airfare: Economy class between Seoul and your home country.
- Monthly Living Allowance: Based on SMG regulations.
- Additional Support: Medical checkup upon arrival and official field trip expenses.
