ISEP Program

Overview

Information

  • As part of the International Student Exchange Program (ISEP) with over 350 member institutions in more than 50 countries, the University of Seoul provides international students with housing and meal allowances.
  • Selection: Beneficiaries selected along with other UOS exchange students (every January and July)

Eligibility and methods

Eligibility

  • Must be currently enrolled or on leave of absence and have completed at least one semester (must complete at least two semesters before the study abroad date)
  • For students on leave of absence, they must be registered at UOS before the study abroad date
  • Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (on a 4.5-point scale)
  • Must possess foreign language proficiency sufficient to study in the relevant country
  • Must not have been subject to disciplinary action according to school regulations (excl. academic warnings)

Criteria

  • First-round selection by the University of Seoul (based on academic performance, English proficiency, and academic plan)
  • Second-round final selection by the ISEP member university (requirements vary by institution)

    ※ Students selected by our university can apply to up to 10 universities, with final selection by the host university.
